Project Description: The project consists of 59 attached homes supported by a Condominium ownership of facilities and amenities. In view of Windham Mountain Ski Center & Windham Country Club Golf Course, the site has been designed for active families who ski, golf and enjoy Catskill Mountain living. The site includes a community building with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room game room and meeting spaces. Adjacent to the community building are lighted tennis courts with a “General Store” nearby.
Mr. Kleinke served as the principal Landscape Architect for the project, providing site design, community facility layout and landscape design expertise to the client, in association with Kaaterskill Associates, project Engineers.
Approvals included Stormwater (NYS DEP & NYS DEC), Site Plan (Town of Windham, NY), Highway (Greene Co.)
